Amazing April Day 1 & Setting some goals

Happy April everyone!

I'm hoping to have an AMAZING APRIL!

Here are some goals I set so that I can accomplish that!

Jog a ½ Mile without stopping
Make a sand bag
Start doing squats & Lunges
Start doing core & back work

Those are my April specific goals. I've also set some every month goals:

Take a picture of everything I eat
Blog on SP at least three times per week
Take pictures each month to track my progress
Take vitamins/minerals
Try one new exercise per month
Take measurements to track progress
Log into Sparkpeople every day
Do yoga and/or stretching on rest days

And this is my big goal for the year

Learn to Enjoy working out (like people claim they do)
