First off a little funny for this Monday morning:
Now for my goals:
1. Go to gym 4 times a week and get 720 fitness minutes
2. Track my food everyday-I find I do much better when I do this.
3. Try a new class the gym
4. Drink lots of water!!
These goals are very similar to my March goals. I really liked my plan for last month so I want to stick with it this month.
Anyone else have their goals set out for this month?
