We are now half way in this biggest loser type challenge. I have lost 30 pounds and I am very happy about this. I am in third place tough because it works by percentage lost. I still have hope. We will see if a trip to New York is in my future. I really hope so.
I am eating low carbs and high proteins. Very difficult because I use to eat 5 to 6 fruits a day and 5 to 6 vegetable a day. But it's only for 12 weeks. So at the end of this extreme challenge, I will review my diet to add more calories ( I am at 1200) and more fruits and less tofu and eggs.
I still do between 2 to 3 hours of exercices a day, 6 x week. Grueling but it is only for 12 weeks. After that we readjust.
My knee is adjusting, I concentrate on rowing, cycling and swimming. I do love to walk and it is so beautiful outside, always sunny and mild. So sometimes I go for a walk with my lovey and if it last for more then 1 hour then I pay the price. But I ice my knee and I take my tylenol.
