March was probably the worst month for me since I started completely overhauling my fitness/food routine back in October.
I had people visiting from out of state (YAY!) but that meant a TON of eating out and little to no time to myself to get a solid workout in. Then I had about a week off which I got back to "normal" but then made a trip back to PA for my best friend's wedding which of course meant more food and less working out. Last week I got back and I had a friend from college visit for the week (ALSO YAY!!), but once again.... need I repeat myself?
However, I DID realize that while I have this idea in my head of what weight I would like to see on the scale, I have either hit a plateau, or my body is just saying NO, THIS IS YOUR WEIGHT! Which is a range of about 4lbs. In reality, I don't want to exactly lose much more weight, but I can definitely tell by the way I look and feel that I've been slacking.
I don't believe in waiting for a new day/week/month to start making changes... that can happen at the next MEAL! But conveniently, I'm off work today, it's a new week AND It's a new month so why not?? :)
Plus, I live in Florida. It's getting gorgeous out. I need to be 100% ready to rock my new bikini at the beach!!
