Does it sound like crazy? Yes it do but I ended up eating this this morning. I woke up and had my tea. I have bad habit (a good way) that I want break fast when I wake up and today there was nothing good for me to eat as a break fast.....It is too bad....

I hit power button on my pc & TV, dial phone to my husband (talked for 1 & 1/2 hrs) and did drink my tea. It's 10:18 in the morning and I am still in front of TV and as you know on my PC. I felt like I am dying with my empty stomach. I opened my refrigerator and took out PIE from frizzer and ate it....not a healthy choice... But I sure will add it to my nutrition tracker so I can know what to catch later for lunch & dinner

Later I am going to see my former employer (for job) and also do some work. I am being lazy now a days with my exercise so I got me a 10 minute trainer for fresh start. I know that once I am doing exercise it won't be too hard for me to go for another 30 to 40 minute and I think 10 minute trainer will do that job for me. I hope that this time it do work for me because I am just buying all exercise DVDs and TOOLS but not really using them.

I also hear this some times (my family says that to me always) that if I am not using one tool (last DVD or tool) then it is sure won't be using another one. Let's see where will it take me. I also sure need to make sure that I do atleast something this week so I can have good feed back from my husband. I don't want him to say to me that I gain some weight..

    I can imagine you're excited and who knows a bit anxious about your husband's arrival. All these emotions may make it harder to stay on track - but do your best!
    I want to encourage you to make sure that in this next week (and after that too, if at all possible) to have good food ready for your breakfast. Make sure you have a plan
    and do the groceries on time. You deserve it!
    Also, post how you're doing with the exercise. What is a 'ten minute trainer'? Is it a video?
    I am following your blog dear so if you post that you have done your daily ten mintues of exercise I will CHEER for you! And give you goodies! :)

    You can still plan the rest of your day out without it being a horrible mess. A little pie won't kill you. Try to get some movement in today, a little is better than none. It's nice to have encouragement from a spouse, but don't let him get you down, even if you do gain a little this week. Every day is a chance to start over and so is every choice.

    When you find an exercise you really love, you'll stick to it. If you're just getting dvd's because you think you'll use them, but never do, then you need to get out and find something else that peaks your interest. I personally love my walks in the park and occasionally do use the video games. My most favorite game is playing GeoCaching, it's like playing a game out in the world.
