positives-

1) gathered all courage...even though my mind was making all excuses not to try out the gym......i went!!
My info was wrong...there was no zumba class today...BUT...They had a class called lower body workout...They offered that i could try that...was hesitant ...then thought ...why not????/

so tried it....was fantastic....45 min of lunges,squats.....

lots of sweat....my cheeks were red.....felt good!!!!

2) was craving banana chips...i ate a bowl of puffed rice instead

3) made the call to the gym to confirm that i will join for a month

4) took that step in smsing my sister in law and using my brain a little.....made sure she is not keen to join the workout with me....cause god alone knows that alll that i want out of my life will be back in my face....she said that yoga is not something she is interested in....works lovely for me....


megatives

1)i had a breakdown again today.....i sobbed and sobbed.....this time i called my mother followed by a call to my husband who talked me through it......

2) its the first time that i am in so much touch with my feelings and i can't handle it

3)i ate a few hershey kisses

4)i have been drinking soya milk instead of water............

5) its my 11 year olds exams and i am not screaming and making sure he studies...( dont know if this is positive or negative)

so much for today
