I am so excited to have 12 participants ( including myself) for the 30 Day Challenge for April, and there are 2 brand new participants!

I started off Day 1 with a smoothie! A green protien smoothie with Kefir added.
( Kefir is rich in probiotics, but you have to add it at the end, Kefir should not come in contact with metal...to preserve the probiotics)

Reminder to all participants to let me know your nutritional commitment for the challenge!

We will get to the exercise commitment tomorrow perhaps...one step at a time!

    So excited for this month's challenge. I'm sticking with white carbs and sugar as my things to replace. Looking forward to creating new meals that satisfy me, but don't stuff me full of things I don't need!

    Great group!
I am giving up wheat and keep working on The Plan, testing new foods a few times a week. it will be more difficult to gauge reactivity as yesterday I reached GOAL!
The goal for April is to maintain and still be there by the end of the month.
I tested quinoa last night and there was no gain = pass.
Thank you Mel, for leading yet another challenge to keep us motivated!
