I am so excited to have 12 participants ( including myself) for the 30 Day Challenge for April, and there are 2 brand new participants!

I started off Day 1 with a smoothie! A green protien smoothie with Kefir added.
( Kefir is rich in probiotics, but you have to add it at the end, Kefir should not come in contact with metal...to preserve the probiotics)
