I didn't sleep well last night. Tossed and Turned... mind thinking of all sorts of things.
But I had a plan... and a purpose. So, at 7:20 I kept my promise and headed to my home gym and EXERCISED!!! and you know what? I feel amazing! I always did love AM workouts...
I did 36 mins of cardio and some kickboxing.
I packed my lunch.
I had a healthy breakfast.
I picked my clothes out the night before and had a smooth morning!
:) Happy Monday!! and... it's April Fools DAY but I won't be tricking any of you!
