Oh boy am I in need of it!

I actually haven't gained anything, the scale is still (sllllllloooowwwwwly) creeping down.

However, in just the past couple of weeks with my son's sports schedule kicking into high gear, plus the holiday, there have been more take-out meals, crazy sleep schedules, and forgotten exercise than I can recall in recent memory. And I don't like it!

I will say I've planned ahead much better than in years past and I am not doing terribly. But still I feel out-of-sorts and a bit out-of-control. I need to get myself on some kind of schedule and create some better back up plans for diet and exercise ASAP.

Anyone have some good tips for planning ahead and diet/exercise on the go? :)

    Those are GREAT tips from Mamisheli53 and CC3833!! Just sneak in the exercise when you can. I get mine in 1st thing in the morning while my kids are still somewhat tame. Good Luck and God Bless!

    I would say exercise wise do whatever you can when you can. Like if you are making dinner don't just stand there do squats or jog in place. If you are at the ball game try and walk a few laps if you can sneak a minute or two. Take the stairs whenever possible and park as far as you can from the store. This way even though you aren't getting conventional workouts down you are doing something! Good luck!

    To avoid the excesses from eating out, you may want to prepare some meals in advance. Like, have a cooking day - prepare your own frozen dinners. Or crockpot dinners. Spark has some GREAT recipes.
Also, pack healthy snacks - keep plenty of fruits and nuts available. Make your own granola bars! You can do this!
