As of today I am absolutly committed and determined to loose the last pesky pounds! I will be in the 150's by the begining of August!
I will go to the gym 5 times a week and have a sunday fun run!
I will make sure that I eat within my calorie range. (Sometimes I tend to have an extra fruit or bowl of cereal after the gym at 9pm. Way too late to be eating.)
Starting this summer I will add a yoga class in the morning just for fun!
