-Jog 2 miles everyday
-Drink recommended amoun of water and no tea or soda
-Count my calories
-Track my fitness
-Take everthing one thing at a time
Now lately I have had a hard time with the last two. I have so much going on right now with school and my family that exercise and being healthy just keep getting pushed back. I feel like I cant put myself first for some reason. As soon as I do I get so behind and overwhelmed I get cranky with everybody and start stress eating and junk. So I am trying to take things not one day at a time but this week one thing at a time. I am hoping to stay positive. My daughter who is 8 told me she worries about me dying because I am unhealthy. WOW! Eye opener much! I have to do things for me so I am here to take care of them. So here goes this week!
