So I did NOT get my 1000 minutes for March, kinda sucks but I really gave it a shot and got almost 900, but my ankle too such a beating I decided the pain wasn't worth it.
Anyway that was March and now it's a new month! My scale keeps bobbing back and forth between 257 and 262 my goal for April is to plant my flag FIRMLY in the lower 250s.
My plan is to be more consistent at the gym (March was erratic) and I'm almost a week into the 28 day bootcamp challenge also.
As far as my nutrition I plan on making a few tweaks to to my diet, gotta cut back on the cheese and plan for the week better
