I did it! Well, most of it...

I'm checking in to let you guys know how I did on my goals I set for March. Here they are:

Goals for the month:
1,000 fitness minutes
8 cups of water per day... no excuses!!!
Eat mindfully (including on weekends)

How I did:
1,063 fitness minutes
I hit the watermark! Every single day. Some days (like yesterday) I was guzzling it before bed to make the goal. Maybe that's why I had to get up in the middle of the night... emoticon
I did okay with eating mindfully, but the weekends were varying degrees of disaster. It shows on the scale.

I'm going to try again this month. Same Bat-goals, better Bat-results.

    Those were good goals and you did get the fitness minutes and water. Why not set a specific calorie goal for each day such as 1200- 1400 calories per day. It helps me to have a goal for each day and with the tracking we can easily know when we have good days and what we ate to accomplish it. You did great for March. Keep it up! emoticon
