I'm checking in to let you guys know how I did on my goals I set for March. Here they are:
Goals for the month:
1,000 fitness minutes
8 cups of water per day... no excuses!!!
Eat mindfully (including on weekends)
How I did:
1,063 fitness minutes
I hit the watermark! Every single day. Some days (like yesterday) I was guzzling it before bed to make the goal. Maybe that's why I had to get up in the middle of the night...
I did okay with eating mindfully, but the weekends were varying degrees of disaster. It shows on the scale.
I'm going to try again this month. Same Bat-goals, better Bat-results.
