As of March 31 I have:
-Drank 8 glasses of water a day continuing my streak bringing me to 126 days
-Logged in every day bringing my streak up to 504 days
-Walked/ran 128.9 miles during the month when my original goal way 40. Waayyy surpassed that for the 3rd month in a row. Need to upgrade that. Probably helped by the fact that it's been a while since I've taken the bus.
-Fitness minutes: 2,001. More than likely helped by same reason aas above.
Now to start April off on a good note I will...
-Start a streak of 2 ST exercises per day. (I figure that's a good achievable way to start. As I go I'll up that number). To make ST more of a habit.
-3 freggies per day. Both these streaks will go on my Sparkpage for accountability reasons.
Every little bit helps. One day at a time.
