Weekend on the road - went to Asbury Park, NJ this weekend. Did some walking by the ocean, took some pictures of the off-season+Sandy-aftermath.
Had some indulgent meals, but also made some good choices. A nice balance was achieved.
Breakfast - pumpernickel bagel with olive cream cheese and tomatoes
Half a tangerine
Lunch - grilled chicken Caesar wrap
Dinner - coconut curry soup & quinoa and black bean salad
Two "black pearls" - rum and root beer
Coffee, milk, sugar
Poached eggs on top of creamed spinach, on top of artichoke hearts, topped with hollandaise... With potatoes and fruit.
Gelato (shared w/my fella)
Snack - crackers w/cheese dip, tzatziki, olives, cheese
Dinner - asparagus on a bed of greens w/tzatziki, cous cous, mock-chicken with onions and garlic, bite of falafel, white wine
Half a small chocolate bar
