Well, I made it 40 days no chips or fries but I gained weight BECAUSE I didn't exercise like I should have and ate too much junk.
I replaced junk for the stuff I gave up (which they were no good for me anyway) but I believe my biggest temptatio (other han fries and chips) is cheese,namely pizza.
I want to go vegan,and I do great except for the cheese pizza and anything cheesey.
I guess I actually have a willpower issue.
This month I am going to try and rid myself of the cheese monster I created for myself.
I also hope to not go back to the chips and fries.
I guess we will have to find the willpower that I know is there since I did quit smoking 15 or so years ago.(2 packs a day) Blech,ugly,stinky habit.
Here's to April and a clean slate.
