HELLO beautiful WORLD!
I return after 2 months break with a plan in mind! Overall, I have managed to go 1 month sugar free (entirely) and have also achieved 1 month low-carb. I have managed to lose the weight I managed to pile on, which is good news. However, I've had about a 2 month break since I've been to the gym (!!) and that has limited my progress and also meant that I've definitely regained a little weight. I'm confident that I can get it off but it's also scary that in the space of two months, it can all come back.
I have to say that it's abundantly clear when I go off track. It's simple. If I'm not on Spark, I've somehow stopped caring as much as I used to. I need to make sure to log on at least once a week to get the essential motivation I need and to push myself to do this properly. This next part of the journey is SO important because whenever I've been at this stage, I've jeopardised myself.
PROJECT ACTION!!! I'm going get myself out of the house and into that gym of mine and really push hard to do 4x a week. I know this is what stops my lethargy and in general makes me happy and fit again. I want to finally sculpt my body and get it to where it should be.
It's spring, it's time to start afresh, time to chuck everything away and start a new and happy section of life full of energy. :)
