APRIL FOOLS!!!!

Leave no way!!! I am takinng a break tho to just refocus my goals and tackle my struggle with food.

PS i will only be gone for a week

    Hey Paula...thanks...I'm only taking a week's break. I already have one goal and that is to really figure out foods help me in weight loss for my body. So I will be experimenting etc

    Let us know what your new goals are when you work them out. Don't be gone for too long to work it out we will all emoticon too much!

    Check out "Leptin Diet" perhaps it may be something that you would find helpful using it's five rules.

    checking out other teams too can help as you look to find a new team you may come across one that has something you find you like with information you need at this time in your journey. I found out about "The Leptin diet" that way.

    Remember it is a healthy lifestyle you are following not a diet. A healthy lifestyle is maintainable your whole life a diet just becomes to hard. so when searching for your new goals just make sure they are things you will enjoy to do for the long haul of your life. If they are positive towards weight loss & healthy lifestyle and finally maintaining weight loss and healthy lifestyle, you will then and only then be able to stick with it and feel happy with in your self.
