I did it!
Week 1 is a wrap and I am already seeing toning results. I am satisfied thus far and I am excited to see where I get to next week. I'm getting stronger and I feel like each day my body is sweating more intensely than the last; tonight the sweat was getting in my eyes continuously, super annoying but I powered through. I didn't feel it at first but now I am beginning to feel the soreness from Plyometric Cardio Circuit everywhere on my upper body as a result of floor sprints, push ups, and In and out abs. Those are no joke.
Well tomorrow I start in on week 2. As mentioned before I really like what Insanity is doing to increase my endurance. It will definitely help me this month as this upcoming Saturday I am participating in a 5K and then at the end of the month my first 1/2 marathon
so I want to run as long as possible before I start switching between run/walks and have a better time than last.
My cardio totals 85 mins today with 756 calories burned according to Fabulous SparkPeople.
Day 5 Complete! Day 6 tomorrow with Cardio Power and Resistance, Party Express and Hard Core Abs!
