Hello, April! Greetings, new month, new day! No fooling, I've been waiting for you. It was the big line in the sand when I would be on the other side of all of my reasons, excuses for not living healthy and fit.
I took myself a little more seriously yesterday. Even though I ate more than I should have, I sure didn't eat as much as I wanted to. And, I had one tiny piece of chocolate, only. Yeah, only. When I got home after a wonderful family brunch, I laced up for a 3.5 mile walk in a light rain. I sure didn't feel like it, sluggishly working through it, but I did it, and walked farther than I had planned.
So, no April Foolin' I start my annual Spring Training today. Thinking, embracing (LOL that will come, yes?) health and fitness.

Plan and make something healthy for dinner tonight; supersize it for leftovers this week.
