Yesterday's goals:
8 glasses of water - 8 emoticon
Say no to candy and watch what I eat at dinner - emoticon

As much as I like a good ham, it does nothing for me but fill my body with sodium and make my hands and ankles swell. This year my sister and I made a chicken to go along with the ham so that I could have something healthy to eat. I did indulge in some potato salad that I made and a biscuit, but for the most part I ate a very healthy dinner.

Today's goals:
45 mins of cardio
10 glasses of water
low cal/carb day

    Awesome job!!! I had Salmon and a salad, and later had, potatoes, bananas, and nuts to bring up my blood sugar. I was glycogen depleting for 2 and a half days (30g carbs or less) all the fat and meat made me sick. I do not know how people can do an atkins type diet as I definately cannot, not for more than 1 day.
