Well, I had been doing very well up until this weekend. Eating clean, and eating within my calorie limits, as well as exercising a lot. I'm actually very proud of my progress with working out. My fitness has definitely improved.
But, I had planned on cheating for Easter weekend, and I definitely did. Candy, taco bell, mashed potatoes, cheesecake. Well, it happens. I'm a big cheater but I always get back on track. And that's just what I'll have to do for tomorrow. It's the start of a new month, so it will be another new start for me!
