Also, I've decided to find and make ONE NEW recipe (usually healthy) each week during my 8 week Challenge to lose 5-10% body weight :)
Preparation for tomorrow:
I've picked out clothes for tomorrow.
Sleeping in my exercise clothes so I can exercise in the morning.
prayed/meditated/prepared for work tomorrow.
Cleaned up before bed.
