So last year I looked really good. No tummy bloating, clear skin. And I felt really thin. I was 30lbs less than I am today. I was 200lbs. Today I am 230lbs. This needs to change. Like...yesterday.
So Im starting out april right and Im going to exercise every single day for atleast 20 minutes a day. No matter what. No excuses.
My biggest pet peeve about my current weight is that my stomach is hugely bloated, I dont even want to leave my house I feel so gross and bloated.
