So last year I looked really good. No tummy bloating, clear skin. And I felt really thin. I was 30lbs less than I am today. I was 200lbs. Today I am 230lbs. This needs to change. Like...yesterday.
So Im starting out april right and Im going to exercise every single day for atleast 20 minutes a day. No matter what. No excuses.
My biggest pet peeve about my current weight is that my stomach is hugely bloated, I dont even want to leave my house I feel so gross and bloated.
Im posting some pictures of me from last year for motivation for me...I looked so good.

    that sounds like a good idea what i need to do is wake up with my husband in the morning and get a quick yoga tape or something done before the baby wakes up.

    You can do it!!! Just pick yourself up right where you are at and create a new plan.. and start tomorrow, in April.. like you planned to do..
