Nope, it didn't work for me....writing assignments all day, together with stressful deadlines, did not help me to get to exercise enough. I walked, three times a week, but that's just not enough. Ate incorrectly, nibbled all day, and now I've picked up...
Committing here to the APRIL CHALLENGE....#rise and shine! Both to exercise and a healthy breakfast first thing in the morning. Let's see what happens to my weight, stress levels, energy levels, etc.
It does help though, that all my assignments need to be in by this week Thursday. :) Woohoo...a few assignment-free months coming up, PLUS a visit from an AWESOME daughter in a few days time. She's coming for 10 days - oops...going to have to behave food-wise AND keep to the challenge.
Well, here goes....AGAIN! When am I ever going to get this right....the weight-loss, toning, exercise part of life?
