EXERCISE: Priority #1

Well, it is time to focus on exercise... something I tend to avoid at all costs! I have spinal arthritis and scoliosis. Lately, I feel like I'm dragging my right leg when I walk because it is almost impossible to walk normally. This is so scary to me... I need to focus, focus, focus... my future health depends on my willingness to do this!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Just take it slow and easy and listen to your body. It might take time but you can do it!

    i am sorry for your arthritis etc i wonder if you can do yoga and tai chi is supposed to be kind and gentle on your body. Keep doing what you can to stay limber hugs

    You can do this! I have arthritis and I know sometimes it's not easy. May I suggest weights and work on strength training and upper body when your legs aren't feeling up to it. Keep up the great work!
