Tracking my food really helps!

Usually on a holiday I go all out with all the food and don't think twice about how much I'm eating. Today I planned ahead, I ate a light breakfast, didn't have lunch and then didn't over fill my dinner plate. I still had plenty of calories left in my day to enjoy a bit of dessert! I had a great time with my family and I don't have any of the guilt of overeating that I would have had if I weren't here on SP!
