Tracking my food really helps!

Usually on a holiday I go all out with all the food and don't think twice about how much I'm eating. Today I planned ahead, I ate a light breakfast, didn't have lunch and then didn't over fill my dinner plate. I still had plenty of calories left in my day to enjoy a bit of dessert! I had a great time with my family and I don't have any of the guilt of overeating that I would have had if I weren't here on SP!

    Tracking certainly makes you aware of what choices are being made. I have one day a week where I just don't worry about it and feel no guilt. But by the time that day comes,though, I don't go overboard either since I am aware of what is going into my mouth.
    It's nice to have a plan that makes us both aware and accountable. Good job.
