That is what i am. I was doing so well and again got lazy. Maybe I'm going to hard and then I get disheartened as I wear myself out to quick. Maybe I just need to do what I love and go from there. Meaning, I love to walk long distance but feel that it isn't doing too much ( in the way of weight loss. Instead of trying to kill myself every day maybe just do weights then hiit every other day. I feel when I'm weight training that I'm not doing too much but I have researched and pparently that is the way to go. Tell me what you think. It is autumn here now and it's the best time of year to be out running, not too cold or too warm. All I know is that I feel crappy.
