Plan for this week

I met with my trainer last week and I feel really good. My plan for the week was to track everything I ate and to measure everything. I am working towards measuring everything better but for now I am doing the best I can. Today was tricky. I had planned my Easter dinner and when I got to my sisters I had the worst headache- it was all coming from my neck. I actually ended up icing my neck and laying down for a while after dinner which helped but was a big bummer because everyone was having so much fun. Anyway, I still feel full- everything was so rich. I did eat a salad before I left home and I had a big huge plate of fresh fruit and a TON of water- I actually brought my own 12 pack of my favorite seltzer!
This week my exercise plan is-
Monday- Spring Skiing with my son- we are playing hooky tomorrow! Can't wait and its only $1!!!
Tuesday- zumba and yoga
Wednesday- trinergy (kickboxing, weights and yoga/pilates)
I plan on walking with my dog most days too.
Going out to dinner Thursday and plan on having enough points for a Margarita. I will also have a couple of glasses of wine on Friday or Saturday but that is it- just 2!
