I ate protein first and was realistic putting 4 things out of the table breaking amount of food at church! ham first then some collard greens. I picked a 1/2 sweet potato wrapped in croissant but just ate the sweet potato out of the center. Luke and I brought home a bowl of soup for dinner. No sweets didn't want them. Had some good natured teasing about my overfull plate but it was fun and funny not mean from folks who love and encourage me.
