I have been increasing my exercise lately. I had been a little lazy there for a while. I went for a walk with my husband the other day. We walked up a hill near our property that is really steep andabout 1/4 mile long. One year ago, I could barely walk that hill. I had to stop every few feet and take a break. I couldn't hardly get down the other side. It was just to hard. Since I have lost 43 pounds it is amazing the difference in my fitness level. I was able to walk the hill across the ridge and down the other side. I felt great. My husband noticed the difference!! That really made me feel good. I knew I had made a major accomplishment. My Son and I walked the hill a couple of days later. I just had to do it again .
Losing weight is so worth it.
I can do so much more than I could before. I don't get winded just trying to tie my shoes anymore. LOL
I don't want to go back, this feels to good.
