...omg, the past week was one of the worst weeks of my life.... My host sister/best friend was being sent home, my Nanny had a stroke, our dog ran away, my whole family was super stressed out, etc..
After I was super sad and down at the beginning, I finally started to get better again.
The past few days I stayed focused on my SP goals and program - and it was worth it!!! After I gained around 4 pounds just because of "stress eating", I reached one of my little weigh-in goals today!! I have NO idea how that's possible!! Well, the past three/four days I tried to stick to my plan and exercised a lot, but I really didn't expect to see such a "nice" number on the scale today!!
Now I feel so much better again!! I finally feel like I have myself under control again.
Today we had a huge Easter Brunch and in the evening we has Mac and Cheese (an unhealthy one) for dinner. I'm so proud, because I stayed within my calorie range and exercised for 1 1/2 hour :)
I can't believe I'm saying this, but I just want to go back to a boring everyday life^^ AND I'm super ready to loose weight and get fit!!
In four weeks I'm going to the beach, and my goal is to loose 8 pounds until then. I can do it!!!
