We finally have our Spring weather. Gorgeous blue skies sunshine and warmer temperatures. Just came back from an hour at the gym and then Walt and I went for a walk to and from Fields for a few items we'd forgotten to get yesterday.
And now that the weather is finally starting to think it's Spring and the snow is melting my walking road is clearing up! I can't wait to get out there again.
I had tried something since losing the 110 pounds. I lost them on eating 90% fruits and vegetables, complex carbs, getting my protein etc from my G-BOMBS and 10% dairy and meats
For the past month I tried changing it up and doing 80/20%
Found it it doesn't work for me I started feeling bloated, heavy, sluggish and moody again. So, back to 90/10 it is. Started back today
I also bought myself my first Organic Hemp Protein to put in my morning fruit and fibre smoothie; blueberry pomegranate flavor
I also found a real good mix of organic fruit and nuts mixed with dried cranberries, and spicy flavored wasa peas.
So now when I have my salad for lunch I'll throw my 1 ounce into it.
I've done something else as well. I found myself an organic energy tablet pomegranate flavor You dissolve it in your glass of water up to three times a day. I do it twice a day. First thing in the morning and about mid afternoon.
When I was at home even as active as I am I find that 3 o'clock is when I find my energy levels depleted. So now instead of taking a rest and end up nodding of in my chair for a power nap I just dissolve one of these in a 12 ounce glass of water and away I go again. Makes all the difference.
