April - game on! Join Steph-Knee and me

This is going to be a short one.....

Steph-Knee and me have been sort of stuck in a rut - stuck on a plateau - and just sort of stuck overall....

So for April - we have a simple challenge.... 1000 fitness minutes and 10 pounds down.
That's it. Figure out how to make it happen. Switch up the foods - I'm doing lots of fresh produce, lean protein and lots of ice water...

Fitness DVD's with Bob Harper and walking - that's what I"m doing for fitness minutes - maybe add in a couple of swims when I have time to make it to the pool.

Switch things up. We are tired of waiting for spring - and we need to get this weight loss show on the road.....
