C25K - Week 1 Day 1

I officially started the Couch to 5k program this morning! The weather was nice and cool and it was perfect! I was super slow but I didn't care, I was doing it!

I never really got out of breath, much to my surprise, but my legs were heavy for the last two running minutes.

I can't wait for Day two already!
