This won't be easy after years and years of being sedentary in front of a TV and a computer screen of my own doing. I have no idea where to start or what to do. The first few steps are the most difficult. This picture was taken a number of years ago when I weighed about 162.
I now weigh about 192. I'd like to lose 35 lbs by July 2013. First steps anyone ?
