I added in a few non-detox items yesterday, and I am feeling much better today. Nothing overboard - my husband made Israeli couscous for dinner, which has pistachios and dried apricot (both disallowed) in it. I also had some popcorn with olive oil and seasoning as a snack, and a bite of fudge. I not only made it through my barre class, but also my Moksha class without any dizziness or other illness. Going forward, I'm going to use common sense in deciding my meals - still tracking food through SP and trying to make good choices.
