Week 3 came with more determination and motivation that I think I have ever had when it comes to my weight. Ending it with the scale not moving again is so disappointing. I know that I can't throw in the towel cause even though I'm not losing weight I'm getting healthier in some form.
So for this next week my goals are....
1. Eat my calculated BMR (not the one SP shows but one I've calculated with the formula)2500 calories. Which is going to be hard to do with eating healthier foods.
2. Continue drinking lots of water
3. Continue with my exercise routine, and possibly increase the intensity by the end of the week.
Something has to give or I may just go crazy.
