Happy Easter everyone!! Today I celebrate my 36th birthday also. Today I have decided I am going to set a goal. I want to be under 300 lbs by the time I go see my Dr on October 4th. I want to walk in and be at least 299 lbs. I know this will take hard work but this can be done. I have not been able to do much for exercise this week since having the surgery so I am keeping my blogs real short and combining days. I have been doing a lot of research online on workouts and especially weight lifting. If anyone knows of some good workouts feel free to share. I belong to gym so that's not a problem finding equipment.
