I have joined the spark spring challenge, to eat breakfast every day in april those of you that know me know m I am a great believer of eating a great breakfast sets you up for the day but just lately I have been lazy grabbing an actimel from the fridge then making myself a coffee, and that's it until lunch time by which time I am starving. I think this challenge has come just in time before I fall into bad habits, so I will be checking in here with my daily account of my breakfast

    I have never been a breakfast eater. I have added it to my lifestyle and it really does seem to be a positive thing. I have more energy and fewer headaches. Good luck on your challenge :)

    Good for you. I always try to eat breakfast nowadays after not eating it for years. Baked Beans on one small round of toast is my current favorite.

    That's an awesome goal. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but one I tend to skimp on, I need to do better about having breakfast daily.
