What's in store for me this week ~ March 31 - April 6

emoticon Daily Goals:
~ awaken at sunrise & create an invigorating morning routine
~ practice at least 20 min of yoga
~ take deep breaths throughout the day
~ drink at least 3 cups of green tea
~ 13,500 steps
~ plan my meals
~ keep an open mind
~ sit at the dinner table and pay attention to my meal
~ meditate in the morning & right before bed
~ embrace uncertainty
~ journal thoughts and feelings
~ smile often
~ organize my home
~ eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal and as one snack today
~ take a walk after dinner

emoticon According to my horoscope, I'm entering a vibrant time in my life, which means it's a great time to begin exploring a new hobby, interest or career opportunity. My brain is open wide to new ideas & new ways of doing things, and it's ready to put in the practice or research required for me to excel. Stepping out of my comfort zone is usually a bit scary for me, but today it will feel downright invigorating to go where I've never been, see something I've never seen, and taste something I've never tasted.

When we deny the fear inside, we keep it lurking there. It remains in our minds, quietly holding us back from reaching new goals or fully experiencing new opportunities.
Accept your fear – there’s nothing shameful in it. Next time you shy away from a situation, stop and say to yourself, “I’m scared, but I’m still going to do it!”
As you acknowledge your feelings and keep going forward in spite of them, your self-worth and self-confidence will rise. The adrenaline from fear will change to the excitement of anticipation. Suddenly, you’ll realize the emotion you’re feeling has turned into sheer enthusiasm!

When you dwell on your problems or what you don’t have, you generate negative energy, and chances are your life won’t change for the better. Why not focus on the possibilities?
When you make up your mind to do something, you’ll find you can. Instead of thinking about barriers in life, reach out after opportunities. Instead of seeing a locked door, see a key. Instead of thinking about the rough mountain climb ahead, see yourself standing on the summit.
Today, resolve to let go of the struggles and embrace your potential. Your shift in attitude will shift your life from the shadows into the sunshine.
