I did it! I reached my first mini-goal of this leg of my journey. I am below 160lbs, so I will be making a hair appointment asap! So excited. It's just too long & driving me nuts. lol As another reward for my hard work, I have decided that I am not going to track my food today. I am going to indulge a bit. I won't go crazy, I don't think my body could handle that without feeling sick and uncomfortable, but just enough to get some of my cravings taken care of and to not feel deprived today being around the Easter goodies.
SLEEP: I had a rough night of sleep last night, not sure why, but did really well the rest of the week. So, we will call it a fluke and move on... maybe get a nap in, between church and dinner.
FOOD: Still struggling with my carb intake. So, this is still my focus. It is important for what I have going on in my body, so I will really focus on it this week... starting tomorrow. ;)
WATER: 10+ cups a day. I am going to add a tea drink that I saw online, endorsed by Jillian Michaels, as a diuretic, to help with bloating. While I have been (TMI) regular, and drinking lots of water, I am still feeling bloated on occasion, so hopefully this will help with it. I will be adding the following drink to my day, hopefully in addition to my normal water intake... I better stay close to a restroom!
60 oz of purified water
2 tablespoon's lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar free cranberry juice
1 dandelion root tea bag
EXERCISE: I only got in 4 days this week, just out of laziness on my 5th day to be honest. Back up to 5 days this week. As it stands, I will have a double header on Monday... so, can I count that as 6?? lol
SODA: 95 days free! Working towards a goal of 365 days.
WEIGHT: DOWN!! woop woop! And I met a goal!
