Actually March wasn't that bad, but in the middle of March an old back injury got re-hurt. I haven't exercised in about two and half weeks.
I started my regime the last week of January, at a much higher weight than I thought I was:
202.4 lbs ( I'm 5 11 ).

I would have been lower sustaining the pre-back injury pace, but I feel a lot more comfortable in my skin at 191 then when I started at 202lbs. I can handle pausing around here for a few weeks until I get back up to speed at the gym. I might even lose a few more ( just less) in the interim. My mood is good.
