So, On friday night my guest house caught on fire, its been a very stressful couple of days. But through it all I've managed to keep my depression at bay. Although I didn't eat the best yesterday I still managed to stay within my calorie range and I was very active. I deep cleaned my house, did yard work, played with my dogs. I managed to stay motivated.
Today Im working 12 hours. My goal for today is to exercise once I get home.
And I remembered to wear my pedometer today.
Tomorrow is april 1st...time to get strict!
