Found out why I'm not getting mail. I went to Start, and checked under 'E-mail' this was noted:
You are no longer receiving emails from SparkPeople because at one point your email provider reported that yours was not a valid email address.
If you are not receiving emails and you have entered a valid address, click here to reset your email address and we will start sending emails to your address the next day.
Wished I'd noticed this yesterday. so, guess I'll start getting mail tomorrow
