and oh, happy me!
Today was the day that I could finally add a little bit of movement to my weight loss ticker on my page. I had regained quite a bit of my original weight and was working towards the goal of losing enough weight actually have lost what my ticker says. For me, that kind of motivation works - rather than moving the ticker backwards, trying to move myself forward to meet it. That's very "me" when it comes to goals.
So now, onwards to meet my Diet Bet goal. With today's weigh in, I am at 55% of my weight loss needed to "win." It's going to be an uphill climb but I'm going for it!
