Coffee, milk, sugar
Quinoa with raisins, almonds, maple syrup


Lunch:
Quinoa with cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes w/Newman's own light Caesar dressing



Snack: clementine (unpictured) and kashi bar


Late dinner:
Stuffed grape leaf, cheese dip, tzatziki sauce, cheese, olives, bread, crackers
Glass of white wine
