1) Continue with Leslie Sansone miles (Goal 100 Leslie Miles, 112 adjusted for adding line dancing time)
2) As part of the 100, include at least 24 miles using resistance bands for the upper body.
3) Continue leading Line Dance Work-out. Develop a second, easier, line dance work-out.
4) Continue with supplements currently taking.
5) Continue with home making efforts (d├ęcor, trying new recipes, grandkid activities, organizing storage areas, spring cleaning)
6) Continue to take at least one rest day per week.
8) Include one personal, mindless, fun R & R activity per week (mall, other shopping, casino, art lessons)
9) Continue with 8 Hour Diet.
