Under-performed my weight loss goal this week and Undid some past progress too. Undaunted, back on the wagon. If one lets momentary Underachievement gets you down, you become an ex-Sparky. Perish the Unwanted thought.
I really need to Undo my Un-diligent tendency to Un-love the nutrition tracker because I Usually think I'm too busy and have the Upper hand on portion control. Un-tracking Umpteen too many of this and that, eaten, has been my Undoing. Intellectually I know this. Now to put the plan into Universal action.
Unceremoniously holler at my sorry butt if I'm not tracking daily, PLEASE!
