GRAPEFRUIT Game - Week 8 (The "U" Week)

Sunday, March 31, 2013

Under-performed my weight loss goal this week and Undid some past progress too. Undaunted, back on the wagon. If one lets momentary Underachievement gets you down, you become an ex-Sparky. Perish the Unwanted thought.

I really need to Undo my Un-diligent tendency to Un-love the nutrition tracker because I Usually think I'm too busy and have the Upper hand on portion control. Un-tracking Umpteen too many of this and that, eaten, has been my Undoing. Intellectually I know this. Now to put the plan into Universal action.

Unceremoniously holler at my sorry butt if I'm not tracking daily, PLEASE!

So you? Hopefully your weight is getting way Under mine!

I Underestimated my time emoticon again and Unfortunately forgot emoticon to Unveil my weight loss Undertaking yesterday for this week. Ultimately I remained Unchanged emoticon from last week, still at minus 14 for our Unequivocal goal of 15! Understanding this I will be Unremitting emoticon in obtaining that Ultimate goal. emoticon

I have the iPhone app and it works great. No excuses not a days not to track.

Remember the days of paper tracking?

God bless Steve Jobs and the way he has revolutionized my life!!

I have to agree that tracking is important and i too think some days it huge pain to do and when you can't find the found in the tracker or you find 15 or more calorie counts for what you ate i want to hit delete and skip it for the day. Tracking is worse then working out emoticon

I feel your pain. I've just rededicated myself to my plan. Here's to the next 12 weeks of unwavering devotion to my meal and plan.

Managing to maintain the weight loss, but like many others, if I do not diligently track my food, those pesky calories sneak back Uninvited very quickly. I have just finished reading that book, "Lose the wheat, lose the belly" by William Davis and according to him (a cardiologist), modern day wheat with all its genetic modifications is practically poison to our bodies (even worse than sugar!).. So I am now on Day 2 with no wheat products (& very minimal sugar) and it is my plan to start a daily blog on my observations.
Sorry for the lack of U's, but considering the lack of flour and sugar, I am Understandably Uninspired.

Until I get my unnecessary indulgences under control I'll continue to suffer under-performance on my Spark goals.

Maintained @ 100 lbs. But today's Easter, so probably will pay for a few days.

Understand yoUr disdain for tracking, but if I dion't, it's my Undoing as well.
