I got a workout in. :) Time passed by so quickly today. It seemed as though I had missed something along the way... like, where had the time gone. I woke up early this morning and before I knew it the clock said 5:46. My how time flies when you are having fun :)
I didn't want to workout today, but I motivated myself enough to do 2 miles and a 21 minute upper body workout. I was happy that I got it done, but I was even more excited that the workout was over. My poor feet felt like they were weighted with lead. My mind kept saying, "just fit it in tomorrow." I ignored the feet and the mind and kept on pushing through.
1. drink 8 glasses of water (which usually isn't hard to do) ::
2. walk at least 2 miles (Pushed through those 2 miles. Didn't want to do them at all) ::
3. do some strength training (I did an upper body workout today. Better start building some muscle underneath all of this flab) ::
4. eat my servings of fruits and veggies since I didn't consume all of my portions yesterday. (i try to calculate the consumption over the course of the week, as opposed to daily) ::
